When we have an insecure attachment style (Anxious Preoccupied, Dismissive Avoidant, Fearful Avoidant), parts of ourselves relate to people in unhealthy ways. But this isn't who we are! We are protecting ourselves—we aren't being our true selves.

These unhealthy parts are usually subconscious, making it hard to change. Using practical tools, I will help you to consciously rewire those parts of you holding you back. You will know yourself better, be more secure in relationships and feel more wholelike your True Self.
